Minimum order amount and shipping
Minimum order amount
- We accept orders starting from a minimum of 30,000 yen (excluding tax).
- Orders must be made for 10 or more of each variety.
- The displayed product price includes international shipping fees.
- In addition, a separate customs clearance fee of 2,000 yen will be required per order.
About Shipping
This site can ship a mixture of potted and bare-root seedlings, both current and pre-ordered , but as shipping costs vary depending on the product combination and quantity, it is difficult to calculate the cost in advance at the time of ordering.
Therefore, we will respond as follows:
- We will ship the product first .
- Once the shipping fee within Japan has been determined, we will send you a separate invoice by email .
- Please pay the shipping fee within one week after receiving the invoice.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
