- The plant will be shipped in a pot . The pot is 9cm.
- We will try to ship the product in the same size and condition as the photo as much as possible, but please note that the actual product may differ slightly from the photo due to factors such as the season and lighting conditions.
- Plants are shipped bare-root. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed as the roots need time to dry. Please speak to a sales representative for specific shipping dates.
- Please check the shipping details included in the box. After receiving the product, please check the product type and quantity first, and contact us if there is any discrepancy.
- If you notice any dead or decaying plants, please take a photo or video and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The warranty period is one week from the date of delivery. We regret that we cannot provide compensation if this period has passed.
